When a course/workshop or any other tuition with Flowers Design School (FDS) is purchased via either PayPal or Credit transfer into the Business Account of FDS :

1. The Payee is bound to adhere to the the course commencement/date as stated in her/his invoice/receipt/statement of purchase.

2. Should the Payee be unable to attend the course/workshop/tuition, a refund of the payment or part-payment ( ie. deposit) can only be made, if the Payee cancels the attendance 14 ( fourteen) days prior to commencement of the module/class.

3. Any refund made will automatically incur a surcharge/admin fee of $10.00 which will be deducted of the refunded moneys.

4. In case of cancellation of the enrolment  between 7 and 14 days prior to commencement of the purchased course, a money transfer will be made to a later dated session/course/workshop ( pending availability).

5. Should cancellation of enrolment  occur any later than 7 (seven days) prior to the course the payee has paid for, all money paid will NOT be refundable NOR transferable  to a later dated course/workshop ( see point 4) .

In case of personal issues that could not have been foreseen any refund/transfer of paid moneys is under the descretion of FDS.
